These can easily replace something like potato chips as they can be eaten by the handful and still be good for you. When shopping for alternative snacks like these it is important that you buy bulk nuts or fruits as it can save money and it can get the whole family snacking on something that will be good for them rather than the over processed, fat loaded, and calorie ridden foods that are sold at the typical grocery store. These are great for cooking and baking too as nuts and fruits can come in different ways, even a past or butter spread. It is worth it to try something new and to give your body something healthy for a change.
